For a team with Super Bowl aspirations, we are a complete joke. Rodgers is not an elite QB this year. He's more like Joe Flacco with a worse surrounding cast. Complete and utter second half failure. 21-3 becomes 30-27?! HOW?!? WHERE IS YOUR PRIDE?!?!

Assuming we lose next week against the Texans, we really can't afford to lose more than one game against NFC North foes. That would leave us at 10-6 if we were to lose to two opponents in the North.

Anybody think that the bad calls from the refs get into our heads too much? I dunno, the guys just don't seem to be playing with any kind of passion/intensity.

Our guys simply didn't wanna play the 2nd half. We let Wayne destroy us, pretty much running the same comeback and curl routes all day. No pass rush in the 2nd half, poor pass pro, Aaron held the ball too long. Ugly loss. At 2-3 we are in a huge hole w/ Houston next up. MM needs to light a fire under these guys bcuz if we lose next week we ain't making the playoffs.

I just can't see us making the playoffs at all unless we have a compete turnaround and I don't see that as very likely.

Losing Raji and Benson really killed us. Finley was a decent loss as well, took another target away from Rodgers.
Our defense got tired. Too much time on the field thanks to our lack of ball movement.
I don't put much into the calls, but I think our team does. When it seems like two to three positive plays per game are taken away by bad calls it will drain on you. But that also means our team is not there mentally.
Just a bad performance. You get these every once in awhile. Hopefully Houston has one next week.

can someone post what the "questionable calls were" aside from the overturned INT and the perry roughing (which was a correct call as a defenseless player cannot be hit with the helmet). And perry did lead with the helmet.

Yeah, some of these posts are disgusting. I sure hope the team doesn't have anyone thinking like this. This team was 8-6 and needed to win two games just to make the wildcard round. It's baffling that after that run, anyone would question what this team is truly capable of. They aren't playing well right now, but the season being over? They "ARE NOT" going to be able to get to a 10-6 record or anything close like that? Go root for another team with that kind of garbage. |

McCarthy teams start off really slow for some reason minus last year. Once we get going forget schedule and home/away we can beat anyone.

Unfortunately the Packers now will need to go 8-3 the rest of the way to match their 2010 regular season record. Based on what I've seen so far this year they might not be good enough to get in the playoffs. This team looks like a non playoff team to me. |
