Yeah the rosters are locked daily not weekly. Some leagues play with weekly rosters and I should have explicitly stated which one we were using, my bad. I'd still suggest setting your rosters for a week or more at a time though. It's a lot less work during the week and unless you have an injury or a guy severely under-performing you don't need to invest too much time into it. |

BTW if anyone wants to trade a high turnover player, I don't think I'm ever going to win that category. |

I did and I'll keep it updated if anybody changes their team name. It should be easy to follow from here on out because the order of teams stats the same under the members page (which you can get to from a link on the homepage). |

I think that's a fairly decent trade for both sides. I'm more inclined to like it for Flaccomania because I don't trust Walker or Evans but they should still fill up multiple stat categories.
Speaking of trades, does anybody have a PG up for grabs? |

I prefer FMs side of that trade.
That said, it wont matter because neither of you are getting close to beating me for the title |

Yeah I can see that. I try to be as fair as possible in negotiations of any kind. I wanted Kobe to not only boost, but create more consistency with my guard play. Tim Duncan has been similarly consistent and efficient. I saw that he had a limited front court, so I thought a deal centered around those two guys might be pretty fair. FM agreed. So from there it was a matter of valuing Melo's contributions. Personally I like my end a little more. Melo hasn't been as complete as I hoped. I thought the transition to PF would have his rebounds up in that 8 range... I also thought his FG% would shoot up a few points. But really- he's largely been the same player he always has been.
On the other side, Kemba Walker has versatility, he's explosive and has outproduced some quality opponents while still being a defensive factor. I think he's legit.
Tyreke Evans is where I was a little concerned. But after a little more research, I felt like he might have the potential to see improvement in his FG% and if that happens, suddenly he goes from a 10-14 ppg kind of guy (this season to that point) to an 18-22 ppg kind of guy (by the end of the year). Rose did it from his rookie to sophomore season after working extensively on his jump shot. Tyreke started working extensively on his jump shot this summer... so knowing he's good attacking the basket (which is what made him so dangerous as a rookie before teams adjusted) the fact that he's working to add a mid-range game to the equation should make him much more dangerous. His versatility to play guard/forward is also pretty sweet. So once I became comfortable with him, it really put this deal over the top for me. My only issue was that it'd call upon me to have to drop a player that I thought would produce pretty well for me.

If only elite teams got their hardware in the regular season... Consider me the 07' Giants... I'm going to shock everyone and go Gangdam Style on your squad... you won't know what hit you as I'm hoisting the... Ray Lewis Championship Trophy. _________________
