Cutler!
Rams have a scrappy defense as does Jax but Cutler is the better qb with better weapons.

I'm looking at the better weapons as a drawback because I think the bears will run all day and jay won't put up that many points.
Kolb has Fitzgerald and Andre Roberts is playing well, plus the cards have zero running attack so Kolb should throw it 30-40 times. |

I think it comes down to comfort, I still am not comfortable starting Kolb over a healthy Cutler
