Sources: Francona to manage #Indians. Announcement likely Monday.

Ken Rosenthal

Good hire for the Indians. Hopefully he can lead them back to the playoffs.

Thoughts?

I'm a big fan of the entire Alomar family, but I think this a great hire by Cleveland.

Awesome, hopefully we don't have back to back to back second half collapses next season.

I'm hoping the Mets don't have that either.

Good hire. They just need to play the kids and let them get their ABs.

Not sure who is under contract next year without looking but solid core of youth

C- Santana
1B- Not sure who here but dont think current guy cuts it. Santana plays there I know but they need someone else too

2B- Kipnis
3B- Chisenhall....looking good at the end there
SS- Cabrera
OF- Choo--very underrated IMO
OF- Brantley--showed signs of greatness but think he could be upgraded
OF- Carerra-- also showed good things but not sure on him
DH- Canzler---think he needs more AB somehow

Lindor is gonna force Cabrera to different position in couple years if he stays with team

Not sure if under contract but following guys need to go. They have talent but hurting team without being out there and money could go elsewhere.

Hafner
Sizemore

Overall their offense is in good shape

Let's wait and see if they're going to be willing to overpay for Choo. He's up for arbitration....

I was hoping Leyland would retire and we could sign him. instead we have to face him. Solid hire for the Indians though I hope he fails miserably.

Awesome hire for the Tribe. I miss them being a good ball club. Hopefully Tito makes that happen again.
