I saw that too. Very telling about the strength of our front 7. That's a combination of Aldon being a beast, Justin Smith taking up multiple blockers, and Ray Mac and Sop commanding respect as well.

I'm not surprised as we blitzed the least amount from any team last year. We do have a lot of confidence in our front 7 and would rather not give up the big play.

Surprised to see Jacobs there....must not be completely healthy.

Brandon Jacobs was a full participant in practice all week and is still inactive  . Dang it, be prepared to fail multiple short down situations.

All indications said that Sop would be out this game as well. Glad to see that he's healthy. As for Jacobs, I too am a little disappointed to see him sit but benching Dixon would thin out our ST's that hasn't been performing up to par this season. Is there such a thing as too much offensive depth?
