Hilliard can't be any worse than Connor right now at FB. Connor has the talent and size, but for whatever reason he is just too inconsistent to play. I really wish Josh Baker wouldn't have gotten hurt, because I really think we might have cut Connor after training camp and let Baker play that FB/HB role.
