Isn't this the stretch where we get like 5 teams coming off bye weeks?

3 in a row: first PIT, followed by DET, then ATL has the same bye week as us.

If we win all 3 of those games close, I still doubt we would get any respect.

I'd be upset if everyone was super bowling us anyway. I hate when we get any love from the media. When ESPN starts gushing over us, I get sick. When Chris Berman says anything about Vick or Reid I want to snap his fat back over my knee.

Oh and we had the giants coming off their extra Thursday night break. And are on Monday night the weeks before both Dallas games. Add that to playing both the Browns and Steelers in preseason it's kinda rediculous.

Atleast this gives us a reason to Be confident even after a lose.

I want to see Cox push another Guard into the backfield. If he did it with Snee, one of the best in the game I think there's a good chance he does it again against whoever plays G for the Steelers.

Not sure what to make of this stat, but Michael Vick is 14-3 in his past 17 starts vs. the AFC, including 7-1 in the last eight.
Quote:
On the flip side, Ben Roethlisberger is 13-1 vs the NFC at home.

Funny you should mention that, Vick while playing in ATL tied the Steelers at home in 2002, with a score of 34-34.
