... You if you can resize that down to fit on the screen.
I haven't watched SD this year, but get the feeling from what others are saying that they haven't been too impressive. I know we haven't either, but the point is we should have a good shot at this game. It'll be interesting to see how they run against us, because in recent history, they've put up some big games against us. Will Mathews decide to play and not fumble this week? If so, we could be in for a wild ride.
We have a lot of injuries to deal with to a lot of starters like Bowe, Lewis, Dorsey, Hillis, Boss, Dex, and of course Hudson. They are still down Gaither though sounds like, so H&H (Hali & Houston) should have a good day. _________________

The Chargers have had the best talent in the the division for almost a decade. That may have changed, but they still have been able to thump the Chiefs when they were on their game. This could be interesting at Arrowhead.
The defense had good preparation playing the Saints. Like the Saints, SD has no true #1 WR, but several decent ones. After a very off year, the Charger defense is back in form. In spite of the numbers so far, this could be a low scoring game.
Offensively, the Chargers will likely try to make Cassel beat them. Since their pressure has been middling, that is a real possibility. I doubt JC gets 25 touches this week, but having Drane get 25 would not surprise me.

Does anybody else laugh out loud when they see "Kansas City's 1st Ranked Offense?"
It's been the Jamaal Charles show. Just like it was 2 years ago, with Bowe and Cassel having a good connection in the red zone.
It might as well say "Jamaal Charles' 1st Ranked Offense Versus..." _________________

It's crazy. I'm still a little bit unsure that it's correct. |

If it makes you feel more secure, FBO has the Chiefs at #24, up a whole spot from week 2.

some interesting Chiefs relations on the Chargers' side:
Jared Gaither seems good to go - finally.
Not sure if he's up to speed to play a whole game but he'd provide a boost
to the Chargers OL which sucked big time so far if I read the news correctly.
Jackie Battle being the leading rusher. WHAT????
The Chiefs better game plan to have him win the game.
Unleash Houston, Hali, Berry and someone else on Rivers each and every play.
Plug Poe in the middle and have him rush as well - 2-gap or not ... |

This might be the first game where the other team gameplans and focuses more on Houston than Hali.
I would love for the Chargers to focus in on Houston. That way Hali can get a few sacks to get going. Once Hali gets going, our pass rush is going to be beastly. I also hope Lewis is able to come back this game. _________________

Huge game here. If they want to have a chance they need to continue on from their second half against the saints.
One thing that I think is pretty awesome about Jackie battle doing so well. The better he does, the higher our compensation pick could be! |

New guys?
Serious?
Not sure if serious...
Go Chiefs!
No Hillis this week, more Daughn? Finally get to see Gray? Unfortunately means Eachus is still our FB. Can we finally call Hillis injury prone?
Hope this helps us get to page 2.
I really hope Hali/Houston plant Phillis a few times.
Poe gets a sack this week, I'm calling it. _________________

Well, that's Dez getting out of his old routine ..
Here's something interesting: Anyone consider Kickers decisive?
| Quote: | Chargers K Nate Kaeding was forced from Friday's practice with groin soreness, and is questionable for Week 4.
"Tomorrow is the key day to see if he’s just sore or he strained something," coach Norv Turner said. |
Don't think you get anything by blowing smoke about your Kicker - but this may develop into an edge
for the Chiefs - no matter whether he may be limited or the Chargers have to bring in someone on short notice (without ANY practice). |

Serious about getting it 2nd paged...but I know who it is, that's why I would think he would know better than to make it that big, but he doesn't so it makes more sense to refer to him as the new guy. _________________
