Maybe I'm misremembering (or thinking of a different play?) but Chung didn't "bail out" Dennard. Tamme was very open and that would have been a big play had Manning made a better throw. |

If you're thinking of that crossing route in the second quarter where Manning led him too far... yes Chung obviously did not bail him out. Those might be separate plays that are referenced in the tweets.

The quotes are about that play and Chung didn't "bail him out" but he did go over to attempt to cover what was Dennard's man who got open not the other way around.
