Can NFL teams stop wearing pink now? I understand its to promote breast cancer awareness but I think its been overdone now.

i do think it's a tad cliche. there's so many diseases/cancers out there which have very little public awareness and they try to bring attention to the one that has arguably the most.
however, i don't see a problem with it all. there's much more important things in life than football, and this brings attention to that.

I agree it's awfully ugly and I'd never BUY any of the pink gear, but it's not like they wear it all the time either.

Personally I think it's way overdone. I get it, breast cancer exists. My aunt had it and it was a hard time for our family. But there are so many other diseases that people know little about and you can raise awareness for them. In my opinion they should switch it up every year.
