Sparano is not the problem. I have had 0 qualms with him. The problem is Sanchez stinks it up too much, the WRs drop too many balls, and we have no running game. All 3 backs are mediocre and don't bring anything to the table. _________________

Here's a problem. They want so many guys and subpackages that they go out and get solid back ups to use a few times a game over quality starters. Case in point, Wilson and Coples weren't drafted to be starters, they were drafted to fit roles. Tebow was traded for a role. They are forcing so many guys out there and creating problems. We used to line up and beat the snot out of guys. Now we can barely get a team on the field without calling TO or having 12 men. _________________

THIS. And thats a HUGE problem. Clean house, and rebuild this entire franchise. Bring in guys that are committed to both sides of the ball and that are on the same page as the GM. Lets be honest, the Tannenbaum Ryan marriage is terrible. Tannenbaum and Mangini were much better. _________________

I think those picks fall on RYAN. Wasn't he a DL coach at one point? His system is supposedly predicated on DL. He probably gushed over Wilkerson, Ellis and Coples on his DL because he wants one of the most versatile DLs in the league. That's FINE and all, but when you're doing it at the expense of helping other areas in the field...when you're drafting these guys to be rotation guys...that's not good AT ALL.
The most telling thing to me was when Rex came out and said Stephen Hill wasn't a Rex Ryan pick. WHAT?!?! You mean to tell me you didn't approve of this team finally using an early pick on an offensive player? Are you ****ing mad?!?! It's insane to me...he has no regard for the other side of the ball and wonders when his team doesn't compete for a super bowl. Hello...there are three facets of the game. It's ridiculous. _________________
