I hear your pass protection is hurting. Plugging jake in would give you a shot in the playoffs. He's an all pro and would immediately improve your OL.

Absolutely not. No need to give up a good target plus a high pick for a LT when we have a 1st round one still recovering who was never even given a chance yet. Plus we need to pay our own guys. Not realistic at all for us. _________________

My god. I like the idea in madden with salary cap turned off. If that means anything _________________

I'm not sure I like it, even then.
Yes Jake Long is a pretty decent T, but James Jones could start at WR for probably about half the league, AND a second, just doesn't make sense unless it's a move of pure desperation. They still have Sherrod who hasn't even really gotten a shot yet and could very well be the long term answer there, so a move like this just doesn't make sense to me. _________________

Not gonna happen but I would pull the trigger. Jones is a Rodgers guy though _________________

Yeah - take away the only WR that has consistently made plays for the team. Jones stepping up makes Jennings expendable IMO. If Cobb and Jones step up in a big way then why pay Jennings 10+ million? _________________ @PJHotel_ |

| Add to the scenario that Driver is likely gone after this season and Jennings has a very real possibility of leaving in FA. Trade Jones and it's possible you're left with a WR corps of Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, and Jarrett Boykin going into next year. Not good. |

Why the hell would the Dolphins do this Keenan Allen>>Jones. They could just draft him and not lose their elite LT... _________________

I'd be more willing to consider trading Jones for good picks or a decent player straight up, as long as it doesn't come with a huge contract price tag.
Jennings being hurt and Jones stepping up is what changed the equation. _________________

| The only reason any Packer fan should say no to this trade is because of salary cap implications. Other than that, clearly having an elite LT trumps a WR who normally has been at best the #4 or #5 option on the field. This year he has stepped up, but Jones has been in the league long enough for teams to know what he is. A talented, but inconsistent WR who doesn't show up every game. |

Y'all bess be trollin'.
Everyone would do this trade. Everyone but Miami.
Elite LT for a #2 receiver and a 50-64 pick? Did Long kill a guy? _________________
