I voted Goldson. There was no clear "winner" of the game, but Goldson had the big hit early to create a fumble on the Jets first real drive, and then he made a brilliant play to swat away the ball on that deep throw, which essentially ended the Jets last real chance at points, officially ending their chances. _________________

I agree, any of the three defensive players have a case. Goldson was an animal in coverage and made the big play to force the fumble. Willis was great in all phases and came down with a INT. Then Aldon Smith was constantly in the backfield wrecking havoc. Still hate the fact they took one of his sacks away and Ray McDonald had his moments as well. _________________

Aldon has been robbed of at least 2 sacks so far this season. Such a beast. _________________

I think after having his worst game as a niner last week, Donte Whitner had a great game today. He didn't get the stats, but he was all over the field.
I voted for Willis. Since last year, with the emergence of Bowman, we kinda take Pat for granted, always being so good. But every now and then, he does little things that remind me why he's probably a top 3 player in the NFL. My eyes were on him all day, and he's simply amazing.
These last couple of weeks, I've been very happy that we signed Manningham. I liked him in college, liked him in the pros, and he's a very nice player to have. _________________

If you are referring to week 1 that sack counted. This was the only sack taken away from him. _________________

Maybe he's thinking of the half sack shared with RayMac that was almost taken away. _________________

Yeah, I mean he got rightfully rewarded a .5 sack as Ray Mac tripped Stafford up. Either way, the man had himself a game and is playing the run very well. Damn you T Brown for committing a holding penalty on that play! _________________

Goldson for me. He stuffed that sure TD on Holmes. He kept the shutout alive. _________________

voted Goldson... but anytime you have a shutout cant go wrong with any defensive player..... heck the whole defense should be an option to vote for =p _________________
