|
|
|
Week 4 around the Nfl feel free to talk about anyone.
Games Im looking forward to
Vikings at Lions
I'm looking most forward to this game based on Ponders performance last week against one of the best defenses in the leauge. Ponder putting up 198 yards, completing 21 of 35 passes and throwing for two touchdowns with no turnovers. Ponder also ran for 31 yards last week including a touchdown.
The Lions being 1-2 and coming off a disappointing loss to the Titans, look to end their 2 game losing streak and dominate one of this years surprises. With Stafford being out all the pressure is going to be on Shaun Hill who had an impressive 4th quarter performance against the titans throwing for 2 touchdowns in the last minute of the game.
I see this game consisting of constant turnovers and coming down to Blair Walsh and Jason Hanson for the game winning field goal.
Saints at Packers
After coming off a horrible called game, the Packers look to ignite a flame under the Saints and destroy them in every category on the board. Unfortunately I dont see this happening after coming off an awful game to the Sehawks. Giving up 8 sacks and having Rodgers only throw for 223 yards and no touchdowns. Its going to be a tough game to live up to the hype of what they've been predicting.
The Saints look awful this year going 0-3 against teams that are 0-6 against everyone else. They have no energy, their play looks unmotivated, and they just seem to have lost a step. Im expecting Brees to carry this team on his back for the rest of the year, and I see them hoping on tomorrow. While the Packers look to ignite the Saints, I see the exact opposite with the Saints blowing out the Packers with a perfect performance in every category.
This game will showcase 2 of the best 5 quarterbacks in the league and only one can come away victorious.
Predictions
For the two games listed above I look to see the Saints and the Vikings come away with the W, leaving both the Lions and the Packers 1-3 _________________

Definitely wouldn't mind another Packers loss. But, a fourth Saints loss means the end of their playoff hopes. I read somewhere that only one 0-4 team in NFL history went on to make the playoffs. And we all know what a thorn the Saints have been in our side.
I'm hoping the Bucs can help us out with a win. But I wouldn't count on it. _________________

Looking forward to the [inappropriate/removed] pounding that the Jets are going to take today. _________________ W O R L D C H A M P I O N S '86, '90, '07, '11 |

Both teams are equal on my dislike chart so either way I'm gonna hate who wins.
It be great for the bucs to win just so there isn't a tie for 1st in the division anymore _________________

| The Texans D and run game are top-notch. Schaub just has to not suck and they'll win a lot of games. |

Not saying much though. He's a decent quarterback, nothing more. He won't lose you any games, which is exactly what the Texans need. |

Yes he's got the ability to keep you in the game ... don't think he could win you any though
