Well Vaccaro looked pathetic on that touchdown run.
He just ran right by him and threw his arms out he didn't even try to make the tackle.
No what I saw from him the first 3 games. _________________

great bounce back play by Vaccaro with a pick.
So far Oklahoma State has only had the ball 3 plays. So much for watching the DEs haha _________________

Apparently defense is optional in the Big 12. WVU and Baylor and now Texas and OSU really?
Should we even bother scouting any Big 12 defenders? They don't even try. _________________

The only real conference that plays defense as a whole is the Big 10. Only LSU and Bama are the only 2 that play defense in the SEC. _________________ “From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring; renenwed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king.” -- J R R Tolkien LOTR |

From what I've seen of Jeffdcoat, I'm not overly impressed.
Jones and Mingo seem to be a cut above IMO.
Haven't had a chance to check out Okafor as much. _________________

What exactly has Mingo ever done? I have been watching and waiting for him to do something and it hasn't happened yet.
Jeffcoat drops back in coverage too much to be a true impact pass rusher right now. Oregon uses Dion Jordan the same way. Its frustrating to watch when you are trying to see them as a pass rusher. _________________

I don't want anything to do with Marquise Wilson from Washington State. I'm watching this game for Dion Jordan and Travis Long, but Wilson has been catching my eye for the wrong reason. I have know seen 3 drops already and its only the 2nd quarter. He's not alone either as the other WRs are dropping them too kinda like the college version of the Browns out there. _________________

What's he done? He had 8 sacks last year and, to me, appears to have an explosive first step.
He's raw as hell, but the explosion is certainly there. _________________

This is what's frustrating to me. This upcoming draft seems to be full of 3-4 OLB's, but doesn't seem great at pure 4-3 DE. I feel like most of the top rated guys are all 3-4 guys |

Margus Hunt of SMU was a monster. He can stack like a pro but needs to work on shedding. At worst he will be a help in run defense. _________________
