Putting a bland and entirely forgettable team on the field isn't enough, they have to switch to bland and forgettable black jerseys too?
Jaguars are teal...that shouldn't be negotiable.
Is this all a cash grab, trying to spurr more jersey sales? |

That's exactly what it sounds like. All those teal jersey's you've bought over the years, make sure you buy every one of them in black too, lol. I guess Khan wanted a quick way to pay for those upgrades he did to the team facilities. Why not trample on the little tradition the Jags have?
It just doesn't make sense to change the single color the Jags are identified with, to an alternate jersey color.

Stupid. A lot of teams have black alternates, we're just gonna look like we're wearing those every game. Teal is our identity.
That being said, the changes they've made to the unis(aside from the cool helmets) in the past few years have sucked too. Maybe the new black ones will look better, but it's a damn shame we won't be featuring OUR TEAM COLOR anymore. Looks like they're trying to sell jerseys to me..

i dont like the changes either, i just think the ones we use to have in the 90s after the initial change were great

We arent losing teal though its just not going to be the main color. I'm sure there will be teal highlight's and stitching's etc. people will know it's the jaguars when they step on the field.

I like it too. Most people don't though, that's why we're always at the bottom of people's lists when they rank the jerseys.

I think they realize there is one when they're calling our jerseys ugly.  Teal generally isn't a favorable color. We all like it because we like the team, or we were drawn to the team in part because of the color.
