The man just can't stay healthy. Hope this means Ryan Williams gets more carries. He looked great in the preseason... _________________

Thought he was overrated....always.
Even when healthy is only decent.
Not knocking on the Cards....just feel bad they wasted a pick on this guy. _________________

Didn't he have some injury concerns coming out of school? looks like it was justified. Same situation with McFadden. Sure, you can be talented... but won't matter if you can't play. _________________

It was always lingering stuff.
Stinger hindered him alot. Turf toe like this.
Nagging injuries that would linger. _________________

Not that it matters much but he's actually got a torn ligament in his toe. _________________

Agreed, I never understood the hype with him coming out. Just never seemed like he ran as physical as he should for a big back and he was never a particularly explosive runner.
He hasnt really done much for a first rd RB. |

Behind that OL, not bloody likely. He'll get more touches, but Williams has continued to battle injuries too from what I've read. The only guy that can really seem to "create his own" path is Stephens-Howling and he's not going to get the touches, but he might see more meaningful ones now on third-downs. _________________
