Lewis killed him on that play. And Kruger did a nice job getting there. _________________

| 7 points in the last 28 opening drives? Wow, that is impressive. |

If you guys had to choose between keeping either Flacco, or Rice, which would you keep? I know Rice is the better player w/out question, but quarterback is a largely more important position than running back. _________________

#CamLogic:
Throw on 3rd and 2 when you have jumbo personnel and the defense is in nickel; and run on 3rd and 2 when you're in a 3 WR set and the D is in base. _________________

Easily I choose Flacco. Rice can be replaced. We got him in the 2nd and we could probably find a similar, probably not as impressive, but still someone who could perform enough- type of guy. I'd rather roll with Pierce/Rainey, than to have Flacco go down and have to roll with Tyrod Taylor.
And Terrance Cody has been straight beasting in his opportunities he's had in this game. _________________

I'm not scared to say I was wrong about Ellerbe. He's our 2nd best ILB now. Sorry Jameel, I know you work hard and all, but Ellerbe is ballin' out this year! _________________

Does anybody else find the constant shots of smiling refs a bit disturbing?
Anyways, I like how Ellerbe is playing better this season but they still need to add a real nickel LB. |

Either that or a complete LBer via the draft. I still don't trust a player like Ellerbe to be able to sustain this.
That didn't look like any malicious intent by Ellerbe there. Looked like he was going for the tackle at a different angle but Cox getting there first tripped up his tackle and caused him to hit Cribbs in the head as opposed to in the body.
EDIT: And no, I don't find it disturbing. I find myself smiling a little bit. They're back. These guys are fans of football and may have been thinking, "will I ever get back to being able to ref?" These guys are happy to be back around the game they love I'm sure. And I'm happy for them. _________________

I'm glad to see Cribbs up and about. That was a nasty hit. _________________
