I left this game thinking the refs did a terrible job, and I turned it off after Seattle turned it over on downs with 2 min to go thinking it was over, not even seeing this call until the next day. This controversial call aside, they were terrible in this game, and easily 3 out of 4 games this season. Hopefully this is just a nasty little footnote in football history. _________________

My biggest issue with the NFL not doing anything (though as I stated earlier I didn't expect them to overturn it) is this. So far this season records are very different than they have been in the past. This single game could easily affect who becomes a division winner for one if not both the NFC North and West, not to mention the implications it could have for home field advantage etc. Another week of this and we could have been seriously talking about poor calls deciding the outcome of a season. I think this is the reason the NFL and the Refs got things hammered out and both groups were willing to make heavy concessions.
Thank goodness, the gunshow is back!

Because this is how I was feeling about the NFL season...
But now, I'm like
Strange I know to use a Wilson pic to illustrate my point, but I'm to lazy to find another. _________________
