The guy is the real deal.
Massive arm, can make all the throws, accurate, huge threat with his legs, makes the right reads, doesn't seem to get flustered, etc. etc. etc.
Everything I wish Tampa had in a qb

Good, really good. |
Yeah. He's good. He's very tough to defend. But he's a baby on the field. He wants the flag every time he gets hit.
Other than that, he's extremely accurate and the offense is very different from Carolina and Newton's Option Read. It helps that he has burners at the WR positions as well. |

Well, other than the fact that:
1. He throws the ball too damn far.
2. He throws the ball too damn often.
3. He throws the ball too damn accurate.
4. He runs too damn often.
5. He runs too damn fast.
Other than those things, I think he's OK. 
He has a great future in the NFL......enjoy the years ahead.  |

| The defense shares responsibility in this loss. The stupid offsides call. Foster with a dumb personal foul penalty at 1 yd line. Marginal or not, you have to hold up. Too many missed tackles. Sorry this was a team loss. |

Our defense isnt perferct. RG III is a heck of a talent. But you cant keep going 3 and out and giving him the ball. He's very good and lethal. Our defense did an excellent job but put it this way, the 21 points in the first half, our offense gassed our defense in that heat. |

Of course not, but we were all clamoring for Orlovsky at the half. You don't think if Freeman puts together a better game that this isn't a win? That if we aren't punting nonstop and giving them the ball inside the 40 due to a terrible INT that the defense isn't better off for it?
The defense played ok. Not great, but not nearly as bad as they could have been. If Freeman looks like a starting NFL QB for 4 quarters this is a win. You can blame it on the defense if you like, but there was bound to be a game they didn't have 2+ takeaways.
Most of the blame goes to Freeman IMO.

The offense also did a damn great job turning the field position around when we started drives inside our 15.
Our entire team played lights out in the second half, except for that false start on the two point conversion and the entire final drive.

| It's funny how so many are living back in 2010 Josh Freeman. He's regressed. If Dallas performance was a "Fluke" last week, this should have been his bounce back game against a horrid defense where even Mohamed Sanu threw a 73 yard bomb accurately. |

This. You think 5 consecutive drives that end in a 3 and out and INT is good on our defense bucsfann33? RK hit it on the head there. Chasing RG III around for 20+Minutes in the opening half is going to wear down. Our offense did them no favors.
And that last drive, Freeman nearly threw the game away and he had
A: A clear running lane.
B: Vincent Jackson Open and didn't see him.
It's not all on Freeman, but is definately a huge contributor. |

Freeman certainly didn't play a great 60 minutes, but to only blame him? Seriously? What about the special teams penalties that pinned us inside the 15, only for our offense to get a couple first downs and flip the field position? How 'bout all the missed tackles? What about the two FGs Cundiff should have made? And then there's the last drive...
Free is not the ONLY reason we lost to the 'Skins.

If not for Mike Williams, we had no shot at that last field goal attempt. Don't start about that last drive.
You also don't factor in that RG III is very good, despite crying like a little girl about taking a hit outside the pocket. Defense was on the field for too long. |
