That sucks. But, honestly, what has he done thus far? He's been great against the run but he hasn't gotten after the QB. At all. _________________

Seriously man? He's constantly in the backfield yesterday and was part of that sandwich on romo. What has he done in 3 games? He's a great player ad key part to our dline. |

Every single freakin year.. I'm just glad it wasn't McCoy because he is no doubt our best DL this season. I'm glad Bennett is playing big this year cuz we need it. Unfortunately Clayborn went down cuz you need a few top DL now days. Hopefully someone can step up in Clayborn's absence. Even though he hasn't gotten sacks his presence has been well known. _________________

Geez really? We lose Davin, now Clayborne...this is getting ridiculous. If Mccoy goes down I would not be surprised to see us lose every game 40-0. _________________

| I don't think Daniel e’o-Nesheim is going to do much for us and man Bowers going down earlier in TC is huge looking back. Andre Carter on line one? |

George Johnson dominated the preseason last year. It was preseason. It was last year. But he might be our best option. _________________

2010: Gerald McCoy (biceps x2), Brian Price (hamstring, cut) and Arrelious Benn (knee)
2011: Adrian Clayborn (knee) and Da'Quan Bowers (knee concerns, Achilles)
Each of our first 2 round picks in '10 and '11 have all been injured for an extended period of time. We sure know how to pick players who seem to get hurt quite a bit.
Being a Bucs fan keeps on giving, doesn't it? _________________

At the start of last year we had a very solid run defense before injuries started piling up. So far this year we are the best in the NFL in rush defense as far as YPC allowed. Hopefully no one else gets injured because the only real bright spot on this team right now is our defensive front 7.
It is very concerning that we have invested so many high picks in the defensive line and none of them have been able to stay healthy. Hopefully Clayborn can come back 100% next season because I would hate it if we had to spend another draft focusing on the defensive line. |
