Looked decent in the preseason, still has a ways to go though, and hasn't been active on gameday yet in the regular season.

Just bad!
The only pieces of mommentum we managed to grab, we threw away with penalties and dumb plays...
Fumbling twice in the RZ is a killer, but most importantly was the way the team started the game... just awful!

Really liked his instincts in PS, but Lynch has been seeing the field more, don't really know why... though I get the ST part.

Yeah why is Corey Lynch in on third downs?
At one point the Falcons were 10/12 on third downs. Those long drives killed our D especially with that brutal heat. It's embarrassing to get spanked like that on your own turf. There are certain teams that are matchup nightmares. The Falcons are one of those teams. |

Because Bigby's been beaten like a drum deep lately and bites on play action or the wrong assignment way too often (beyond just the would-be Collegiate-DE-turned-TE TD that wasn't last week, there were multiple plays but for Carson Palmer overthrows that Bigby would have been skinned on if the opposing QB was more accurate).
I'd like to think that were Wright healthy either he or Gilchrist would be back there on 3rd downs but we've always been a defense with an affinity for underachieving depth safeties...
