My first impression is that as much as I love JJ Watt, he's not a top 3 player in the NFL. Top 10 can be arguable, sure, but not top 3.
And Percy Harvin made me laugh. He's borderline top 10 WR, he's not even top 30 in terms of overall players. And your list missing Tom Brady is laughable, and I'd definitely include AP in that list (probably bump Fitzgerald out, he's ranked too highly as well). _________________

Or Drew Brees and Adrian Peterson?? They're CLEARLY 3 of the top 10 players in the league. Did you make this list based on the past couple week's worth of performance only ??
No Brady + No Brees + No Peterson = No credible list _________________ Stevan Ridley, Att: 225, Yds: 1010, Y/A: 4.0, TD:9

It cannot be that either since Aaron Rodgers has not been the best QB so far this season. I am not sure what this list is based upon. |

Well, no, he hasn't been. But three not so excellent games isn't enough to erase how excellent of a football player he is. I think he's done enough to warrant a benefit of a doubt.
As for Harvin... he might not be a Top 5 "receiver", but he's the best weapon in the game. _________________

| I love Harvin, but I dont even agree with him in the top 10. He has zero offensive TDs so far this year. That should tell you something. Harvin is a great weapon and gets ample amounts of first downs and chunks of yards, but he simply hasnt shown much ability to make plays down field as a receiver. Harvin simply doesnt get in the endzone like an elite WR should and he had this issue to start the year last year as well. |

| Homer or not, Brady should at worst be top 2. Leaving him out of the top 10 is just hating. |

I am not saying, it does erase how great a QB Rodgers is. I am just wondering why the Tom Brady hate. It cannot be his play the last two seasons, or this season. |

He's a "system quarterback" who checks down and takes what the defense gives him more often than not instead of forcing the ball downfield and risking turnovers....thats usually the "knock" on Brady. Smart is bad apparently _________________ Stevan Ridley, Att: 225, Yds: 1010, Y/A: 4.0, TD:9

You'd seriously take Harvin over Brady?
How is Watt above Brady? I know Watt has been a monster this year, but still it's a small body of work compared to Brady. |

Just leave it guys...He is obviously a hater. After people complained about not even having Brady in the top 10, he came back to the thread still mentioning nothing about forgetting Brady or why he left him off. It's pretty obvious that he left Brady off the list on purpose....It's also pretty obvious that he cannot back up his decision to leave him off the top 10.
Ohh, and Brady's last 4 seasons are arguably the best 4 year span of any Qb to ever play the game. For the last 4 seasons Tom Brady's passer rating is an average of 107,5. That's 2,0 higher than Aaron Rodgers' average for his last 4 seasons.
Again, how is he not in the top 10? |
