I know there have been argument and blowups before, but have we ever heard of a player threatening and almost physically fighting a reporter? If the NFL can try to fine Alex Smith for wearing a SF Giants hat, I'd imagine they could do something to Scott for this.

The fact that he said "yeah ill sue you" makes me wish he did knock him out. Hate people like that, if you get yo [inappropriate/removed] beat then take it like a man.

If you get in a mutual fight, sure, but if someone flips out on you for something stupid like taking a picture or anything stupid or trivial like that? Hell yeah I'd sue if the gains would outweigh the costs. Actually I'd probably be more likely to press criminal charges, but the premise is the same.
