until the next time these teams face one another.
If the Ravens pick off Brady 3+ times, everyone on the Pats forum will wear one of your choosing.
Deal? |
What if they both happen... | Tie goes to winner. |
I'm not going to speak for everyone, but I'm in. I'll throw this out there as an idea fo th avatar you/whoever else will wear...It's not the official selection, in case someone else wants in and has a better one. |
I made this a couple years ago when the Nike Jersey talk was still on the horizon and the Suggs-Brady "beef" was big. This was the period when roughing the passer calls were being enforced to a stronger degree with Superstar QBs- like Brady, than in comparison with the rest of the league QBs... leading to many saying they might as well wear skirts. Hence this horrible 15 minute photoshop job:
I think I'll join this avatar/sig bet... only I'd change this to stand for the season. Because while it's possible both teams to play each other in the playoffs, all the variables in making that happen would be an impediment... and then what if the schedule makers for some reason deem us unfit to see each other in 2013? We could be talking about years of wearing the same avatar. And it's not even like the terms are really fair to begin with. Brady probably has substantially less 3int games in comparison to Flacco having under 200 yd games. |
I knew that when I accepted, but I don't see either happening and I see us winning, so I'm still confident. Also, I like your pic better. Also also, I'd agree with keeping it until the end of the season. _________________

Wow, that really sucks that happened to Torrey's family. It's why I tell my friend to not ride motorcycles so late... you just can't trust drivers at night whether they're drunk or simply tired from work. It's tough. It just seems like there is so much adversity facing this team this season; from Terrell Suggs- the DPOY- going down in the offseason to Art Modell passing away just a couple weeks ago to this- Smith's brother passing. It just seems like this team is destined to crumble under adversity... or rise well above it. For now, whichever happens to be the case, don't know, but I just hope Torrey and his family can get past this tough time. _________________

Yeah, I know that has to be very tough to lose a sibling and a child. As I said on the official forums, just my condolences to him and his family, friends and teammates. Just puts stuff in perspective that there is more to life than football and whatever else we do.
To my Ravens...
Win this one for Torrey, his brother and Art! _________________

I'm a bit surprised to see both Tyson and Hall inactive yet again. The 5-man rotation they're using now is good but it still seems a bit shallow. |

DANNY GOES!!!!!!
On a side note, why is McClellan not starting? Do we just assume Kruger is better in coverage than McClellan, despite his good game last week? I don't understand. _________________
