Just curious. I've heard a few guys talk about having season tickets. I'm sure some who are far away don't go to any games.
I personally go to one game a year (sometimes 2). I'm only 3 hours away, but I'm too cheap to buy season tickets. Plus, I am heavily involved at my church, so I don't want to spend every Sunday driving to Cleveland.
What about you guys? _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

Just picked up 3 PSLs this year. Traditionally I would goto 1 game a year, but this year I'm going to 2; maybe 3 depending on if I can sell my Bengals game or not.
Basically my idea is that I know how much I spend on early season games via ebay, If I can sell my other games and still have the couple games I want to goto without spending more than I normally would, its a win for me. That way when we finally are good, I don't have to worry about not being able to get seats. _________________

i try to go to at least one game a year. I think last year was the first yeah in like 7years where i didnt make it to a game.
with my schedule, income, and etc its hard for me to go to more than one a year.
I would love to become a season ticket holder with CleBrown07 when were older and have good stable jobs but Im afraid with wanting to be a high school coach that my sundays will have to be spent not at the stadium and drunk lol _________________

I have been to ONE preaseason game.
I got free tickets from my place of summer employment for doing decent enough.
& it was an awful storm so it got delayed a bit & the girl I was with (wife now) complained so much that we left around halftime...
I went to the stadium when Ohio State played Toledo however. _________________

1 game every year since 2009 the 10 season prior it was always 2 games, however, I have giving up the Steelers home game. I choose one "winnable" game every year. I use the term winnable very loosly as I have been to 25 games in 13 years and I have seen two, count them 1...2... wins. In 2000 we beat Pittsburgh and just last year in the last minute we beat Miami.
The experience at a Browns Steelers home game is a joke. Randy Lerner should have been paying us Browns fans to go to that game. The stands are more packed with Steelers fans who are non stop A-Holes. They never stop running there mouths(unprovoked) to the point they start so many fights its ridiculous. The security is also a joke at said game. I watched numerous times a Steeler fan crossed the line and a fight broke out yet somehow when security arrived the Browns fan gets the toss and more often than not the Steeler fan gets to stay to heckle someone else. Pile the arrogant Steelers fans on the fact our pathetic excuse of an NFL team has no chance to compete 99% of the time why go? Until they prove they can make it at least a good game with Pittsburgh the owner doesn't get a penny of my money.
Oh btw I choose to attend the Kansas City game this year as the "winnable" game. It was a toss up between that game and the home Cincinnati game. _________________

Ya got me beat, Kam.
I am 0 for The Return. The Browns have never won a game that I attended in person (since 1999). _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

Bowling Green currently.
It is feasible. Just haven't truly made the effort (Cavs & Indians suffer the same fate though) _________________

Being a starving college student, I only make it to games if my buddies have tix. I've only been to three in my lifetime, but to be perfectly honest, nothing beats sitting on the couch with my dad. _________________

If it weren't for tailgaiting and beer, I may not have had the strength to go on.
I'd like to be one of those crotchety old men who hasn't missed a game in 40 years that yells at the young whipper snappers about pulling their pants up.
I literally plan vacations around the home games. I had to push back our Florida golf trip this year due to the Bengals game in October.
My family hates it so much. _________________

Maybe 1 every 2-3 years.
Living in Cincy, it's hard to justify a 4 hour drive when I can just take my arse to Willie's and watch the game with a frosty beer in front of me.
Every few years I'll go to the Browns v Bungles game here. _________________

Once a year. I consider it my annual pilgramage to Mecca... only with more beer and disappointment. I love tailgating though. Getting in line for the Muni at 6am, first beer by 7:30, getting the deepfryer up and running by 7:45, all the while being the midst of fellow Browns fans... can't beat that.
The best way to do it affordably is to find someone who gets discounted tickets... my friends fiance gets tickets at a discounted price through the Cleveland Clinic and ordered fifteen for my group for the Chargers game. Only other advice i have is being weery of cheap tix on stub hub... i did that one year and landed right in the midst of a group of Steelers' fans and was miserable. My one buddy almost punched a girl in the face for being a typical Squeelers fan and waving her urine yellow towel in his face. |
