Yeah, sometimes I wish the team was a little bit more outspoken. _________________

How are the reg balls different from the K balls?
Just curious. |

Each team is allowed to "grind down" a select number of balls to a certain roughness with rough brushes or sand paper each game, after which they are examined by the NFL to make sure they're not tampered with then used for each team specifically. For example Brady likes his to be well worn in. The kickers are allowed to do the same thing. _________________

Either I am way more biased than I thought, everyone hates the patriots more than I thought, or people just don't actually watch the game beyond where the ball goes, but it baffles me how anyone can think our game was anything less than a one sided travesty of officiating. _________________

Given the angle, that's pretty damning.
It's so close that I cant really fault the refs for that one. I can however fault them for 3 of the ravens td drives coming as direct results of horrific reffing. _________________

Oh i don't fault the refs one bit for that either. Its unreasonable to expect them to be able to tell if the FG is good or not a hundred feet above their heads.
However, an aspect of the game such as the field goals should be 1) always reviewed and 2) there should be infrastructure in place to provide an accurate review. Its not like PI where there's a judgment to be made. Where the ball is with respect to the goalposts is tangible reality. All it would take is cameras at the right angles and sensors on the goalposts.
What if the super bowl ended with a similar kick? _________________
