Got any facts to back up the bold or are you just throwing around cliches and hyperbole?
He has a number of games of 30, 40, 50 + touches (pass attempts + carries.
He has had a number of games of 15, 20+ carries as well.
All that and he has never missed a game with an injury, all while playing in the Big Ten. |
A pass attempt isn't a "touch" in this context. Getting hit or sacked would be considered a "touch" for a QB. |

I'm telling you, the cool kids are going to put Denard Robinson at running back. Dude has crazy running back tools that are just waiting to be refined. And before I die, I want to see Denard Robinson return kicks and punts but the Mayans might ruin that dream… |

He's definitely not an NFL QB, but if I had him on my team, I'd probably go without a 3rd QB (unless for developmental purposes).

i'm hoping denard runs 4.33 or below so people don't bring up his idiotic usain bolt comment during combine. just don't disappoint me denard! speed is all you got! | .
I wouldn't be shocked if he ran a 4.39 or faster, but I think somewhere in the 4.40-4.45 range is most likely. He's fast in a straight line, but not ridiculously fast. His 3-cone and shuttle times will be more impressive. |
If there's one thing we know about Denard, it's he's one of the fastest players in football. A late 4.4 would suprise me. He is ridiculously fast in a straight line, he doesn't get caught from behind. _________________

Point still stand. He has a number of games of 15, 20+ carries in the Big Ten. And while he obviously didn't get hit on all of his throws, he did on some. Should TD's not count because a player doesn't get hit?
Regardless of your answer on that, Denard has never missed a game due to injury so I don't see how he is injury prone. _________________

Some team will be pleasantly surprised when they had the reins of their offense over to him. _________________

But Troy Williamson isn't....... ahh just forget it.
Why do you think he will be out of the league in 3 years or less? _________________

I think that because he can't be a QB and there are VERY few successes when it comes to switching positions in the NFL. _________________

He's the type of guy I see as having the desire to play and do whatever is asked. He'll probably be a return man, be on all ST, and have 30 touches a year receiving and rushing.
So basically josh cribbs I guess. _________________ Trent Richardson please!!! |

How do we know he can catch? Not saying he can't, but we have no proof that he can correct?
Anyways, if he can gain weight, and have a Josh Cribbs body, he could be a Josh Cribbs type of player. _________________

The only reason Troy Williamson is out of football is because he actually could not "see" or catch the ball. I remember the Vikings sending him to Nike to get special lenses so that he could see the ball and that still did not help out his cause.
As for Robinson think of Josh Cribbs, another former QB who might not be the most talented wide reciever out there but is a dynamic kick and punt returner. With Robinson's pure straight line speed, a team could take him and end up having Josh Cribbs 2.0. Not a bad choice for a team looking for a return man at around the 5-7 round area.
