Edit: Okay guys, I botched the result of the Washington/St.Louis game. As a result, the original results showed everyone who picked Washington as having gotten a point. So here's what I did to fix this. Instead of taking a point away from everyone who got the result wrong, I simply gave everyone who guessed correctly an additional two points, one to match the "global" point, and one for guessing the result correctly. The people who received two points are: MudderFudder77, yomyyo, DABEARSLCF04, Convict90, pigsooie5, and jspiel24.
With this in mind, the CORRECT standings are as follows:
Obviously there is a tie between Madmike90 and MudderFudder77, it came down to the tiebreaker. The total points for the game were 48, Madmike90 guessed 43, MudderFudder77 guessed 56. Madmike90 is the winner!
