Really sad to see Orakpo injured...huge blow for your defense. We dealt with injuries like this all year last year, so i know exactly how it feels. Good luck the rest of the season, hopefully he comes back next year 100% healthy. _________________

Horrible news. I hate to see Orakpo have to go through this again. These are two of our hardest workers on the team and they will be badly missed.
The only silver lining is that it will give young players a chance to see more reps and we can Develop better depth for our future. Jarvis Jenkins and Chris Baker will see larger roles onthe DL now and that's good for our future with depth.
Hopefully we re-sign Markus White and he and Rob Jackson get a Chance to play opposite Kerrigan. That will allow them to develop more and strengthen our depth for the future.
No doubt though, Carriker and Orakpo will be greatly missed _________________

Our Defense is in trouble. It's going to be a long year for them. Expect a lot of high scoring games, something we are not accustomed to. RG3 is going to be asked to do a lot this season. Its going to be a fun season to watch, but I highly doubt we contend for the playoffs anymore. This is a huge blow to our team. _________________

Feel bad for Rak and Carriker...but this really sucks for the team. Those two gone for the year, J. Wilson is probably going to miss some time with the concussion. Merriweather is already out! Our D is taking a beating and were not even at the half way mark yet. |

Damn, that sucks. Love Orakpo dude is a beast. You can tell he was hurt bad by the way he went off the field in anger and pain. The dome has got to be the most injury riddled field of all time. Any chance you guys use the new IR rule and have him back for later in the year? _________________

It's amazing how fortunes can change from one week to another in the NFL. _________________

Unbelievable. We went from shutting down the potent Saints offense and ripping their hearts out at home after a crazy off-season to [inappropriate/removed] ourselves against the rams and losing 2 integral starters on a defense that proved how inconsistent they are. again, Unbelievable. _________________ RIP SSF

Very sorry to hear this. I'm a closet Redskin fan cause my one roommate in college was a huge fan. I'm always pulling for them to win. Who takes their spots? Any pickups? _________________

Jarvis Jenkins will step in for Carriker and he's someone that I have a lot of faith in. Rob Jackson will start at OLB in place of Rak, but the main concern for me is that until (if ever) Jackson proves himself, Kerrigan is going to be doubled on every single play. _________________
