I'm curious because I just took a shot based off of the news that it's not a high ankle sprain and traded for him in Fantasy. I didn't give up the farm by any means, but I was curious to the likely-hood of his return and what the timetable might be.

No better place to ask about a player than in their forum, and the "Fantasy" section doesn't get enough attention let alone responses for me to ask it here. Apologies if you've guys already got something going in terms of a thread for this or an injury update thread or something. Can't search well on my phone.

Mind helping me out with some information fellas? Thanks.

Matt Forte did not practice Monday, but he did jog off the field afterward and was moving just fine for a player with a sprained right ankle.

Bears coach Lovie Smith said it's premature to speculate whether the running back will be available for Sunday's game with the Rams at Soldier Field, but it is not a serious injury.

"Matt Forte does not have a high ankle sprain," Smith said. "He has an ankle sprain. As far as when he'll be back, I don't know. I was hoping he would look about the way he did today. He looked pretty good. We're not ruling him out of anything just yet, but he has a long ways to go. I don't want you to start thinking he'll be out there practicing tomorrow. He's not, but we're making progress."

The best indication we will get will be tomorrow when the injury report is published as to wither he will play against the Rams but it doesn’t sound like it’s going to be a long term thing…should be back for the game against your boys.
