This will give him plenty of time to heal.
Quote:
Rodger Saffold continues to avoid serious injury. He was taken off the field with a knee injury on Sunday against the Redskins, and head coach Jeff Fisher revealed at his Monday press conference that Saffold had only suffered a third-degree MCL sprain.

Good thing it's not season ending. What's the word on Wayne Hunter?

Wayne Hunter's done an excellent job keeping Bradford upright. Although it was against a weak pass rushing D, hopefully he step up even further when he faces a pissed off Bears defense.

News could have easily been much worse.

I wonder if Brockers will be back this week or not.

I think he's fine. He only sat out one series, maybe two after getting hurt.

Believe it or not, in 54 snaps at LEFT tackle for the Rams, Wayne Hunter allowed just 1 hurry and 1 penalty vs Redskins
