Brought in 4 CBs and two S's. Adam Schefter tweeted it was 9 total however. Sydquan Thompson and Tyrell Johnson are the best ones IMO, but none are PS eligible so we are still looking for upgrades which makes me glad. However I wish we didn't have to do this every year. _________________

I think we're getting closer to not needing to do this every year. The WRs, TEs, DLine, LBs and QBs are set. The secondary appears to be next. _________________

I think I'm going to share GoLions feelings if we draft a WR early. We are set for when Burleson leaves. All we'll need is our 4-. And those should be filled via FA with cheap vets.
Our DBs need a young upgrade. _________________

Please no...
In all seriousness though, we do need to upgrade our secondary with young talent (which we did this year, just not elite young talent).
If there is a bonafide #1 CB available, I would like to see Mayhew trade multiple picks to move up and get him without giving up future picks. _________________

Best news is that the draft is projected to be deep at the CB and S positions.
Hopefully 2 studs can be drafted for the back 4 _________________

So far, I am seeing and hoping the same thing. Things change alot over the course of a season though so we will have to take a wait and see approach. _________________

Ideally, Bentley steps up big, Houston and Delmas resign for a reasonable price and we draft an elite S and rework our interior O line. That would be ideal, and I'm not counting on it.
Any word on Chris Greenwood? _________________

He's on the PUP list until week 6. I don't think he can even practice with the team, just work with the trainers until after that. _________________

That's what I was thinking, but I deleted it. I see Houston and Delmas sticking around, and Bentley factors into the future. That's a group that's pretty "easy" to build around. _________________

The only problem is we would never see those three on the field at the same time. At least one would always be hurt. _________________

I knew that, but has anyone heard or read anything on his recovery? I just hope he is ready to go when eligible to come off the PUP in order to get some reps. _________________

Thompson is interesting. Also interested in Morgan Trent. Thompson is coming back from an injury and probably wasn't healthy when cut, and I don't know why Trent was cut, he is a decent player IMO. _________________ Kate Upton for sexy President!!!

Does anyone think we bring back Aaron Berry after his 3 game suspension is up? He would be an immediate upgrade over what we have. Plus, I think he will be humble and hungry. He couldn't be any worse than Titus! |

Titus hasn't been arrested or put a gun in anyone's chest yet. Aaron Berry is an idiot. The answer to your question is absolutely not. Aaron Berry's days with the Lions are over. _________________

I also think he needs to be on a roster to fulfill his suspension. If we brought him back, or if anyone does he will have to still sit out. But I agree, we won't see him in Detroit again. If anyone comes back I would say it will be Alphonso Smith. _________________
