Yes, we do this in losses as well.

Mark Sanchez- 10/27. 138 yards, 1 TD

Santonio Holmes- 3 catches, 28 yards, 1 TD

Garrett McIntyre- 6 tackles, 2 sacks

I don't want to put Tone because he caught 3 out of 15 or whatever balls to him, but he got the lone TD. The front 3 were great. Ellis good too. Coples I only saw once, I even liked Dixon. Rest of the team couldn't tackle. Offense, bad gameplan against great defense. IDK why they were running Greene right into the #1 run defense every year. Powell was looking solid and Sanchez started off good. They stopped PA for some reason. No Keller and Revis were huge.

McIntyre and it's not even close. He had 2 sacks and 4 TFL. Yeremiah Bell also had a pretty good game.

LOL at Holmes being a player of the game, he was awful. How many drops did he have, 5?

McIntyre had the prettiest numbers. 6 tackles, 4 TFL, 2 sacks.

Wilkerson should get a shout, I think.

What can you say? Ben Rothlisberger was the best player on the field today, and he was able to execute so many short passes I felt like the Jets offense barely played.

I think it's fair to vote for McEntyre. The Oline had a decent game overall in pass pro I felt as well. Woodley shot past Howard on a deep drop, but Sanchez was still getting enough time to throw deep for the most part. Nobody seemed to be getting open down the field.

Wilkerson, Yeremiah Bell, Robert Malone, and Nick Folk had pretty solid games.

McIntyre was great today. I want to see him on the field a lot more. Where has Maybin been or Coples. We still dont have a legit pass rusher. Melvin Ingram could have really helped today.

Maybe on the days of our horrific losses we should have a "disgrace of the game" thread instead.

Melvin Ingram wouldn't have had any impact in a game like this today. You couldn't have him on the field in any short yardage situations in which the Steelers could have run the ball at him, and Pitt had clearly gone into the game with the idea they would get rid of the ball quickly, because they don't trust their O-line to pass protect.

Not having Revis and Keller killed us today. Howard was beat only by speed rushes only because his fundamentals were wrong. To much weight on the right foot can really kill you on speed rushes, exactly what hurt Howard. Not that big of a deal at this point im not worried. Anyways you could tell the jets had a great gameplan to start. But the more the game went on the pressure killed Mark. Mark really doesnt deserve much blame, as Holmes dropped passes all over the field. I hate to say it but the Cromartie play killed us. The defense was on the field for way to long at times. and the no huddle was key but we seemed to move away from it. Losing the run game and no huddle killed us as well as not having Revis. This game was a fluke by all means. Hostile environment, home opener, best player out, only tight end out. I honestly knew before i watched it we would lose.

There were dropped passes but Mark left plays on the field too. His accuracy was spotty as well.

McIntyre by far. I was watching him and thinking 'who the heck is this guy?' would love to see him get more snaps.
