let em have some fun they arent hurting anyone |
As long as it doesn't result in a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty, let em have fun. _________________

Wasn't quite sure where to put this.. | Quote: | | Hey Cleveland, keep your heads up. We will. Just wondering : Who gets it right more? A weatherman or a replacement NFL referee? | Phil Dawson just tweeted this. Do you think it could receive a fine? |

Maybe I'm alone in this, but I didn't see anything egregious from the scabs.
A lot of the penalties were obvious (offsides, false starts) and some were blatant (PI on Skrine).
If they were being picky, they could have easily thrown a flag on the DJAX hit on Binns.
The refs may have been bad in other games, but I didn't see an issue with what they did in the Browns game. _________________

i also think the players abuse these refs too. its like getting a sub in class. you would abuse them because the original teacher isnt in class and you can get away with doing things you normally cants. I think thats how some players are acting with these replacement refs _________________

I think that's all covered in the "other games" portion of my post.
But yes, they were gawdawful. _________________

Trent running good really helps our o out. They will have to respect the run giving us better passing opportunities and setting up the play action is key too. I love that guy _________________

Don't forget me! I always laughed when people called him bad. The guy got his brain scrambled like 3 times from his QB basically leading him into death, yet he still comes back and tries to play, but that's just not good enough. _________________ Adopt-a-Brown: Jabaal Sheard - Stats:

I can't find my quote but MoMass was one of 2 players I said would break out. His only problem has been injuries. Winn was the other.

Not calling out anyone in particular, but the number of folks saying they thought MoMass would break out now doesn't seem to match the number of people saying it in April.
I could be wrong though.
Personally? I thought he may end up being a decent 4th-5th WR. _________________

Yeah you'll just have to take my word for it, I'm not going to try and find it
Also BTW, I am also quoted as saying I liked MoMass out of college. I watched Georgia games to watch Stafford and I came away impressed with Mo. Again you'll have to take my word for it
But we'll see with him, his 100's on concussions make me nervous. _________________

Not hard for me to believe - our special teams were atrocious last year and I was really hoping Shurmer would fire that Tabor guy.
All in all, though, after seeing that game, I feel better about the state of the Browns than I have since the Buth Davis playoff season. If our secondary wasn't so decimated, we would have won that game. _________________

I seem to recall quite a few people questioning whether he'd even make the team. _________________ You show me a good loser, and I'll show you a loser
