Been thinkin' about your situation elliot. Pretty crazy. Snow like thats not that unusual up here, but I'm out in the Alaskan bush. Fire up my tractor and move snow in the areas I want cleared.
Trying to move that amount of snow from an urban environment would be a nightmare. Just hunker down and enjoy!  |
Yea I have a friend from Vermont whose like this shouldn't be this big a deal. It's a heavy snow, and the problem is, like you said, in a suburban area, there's just no where to put the amount of snow. It's heavy, and unless its government trucks, the regular trucks just can't push it a street length, so I'm guessing they'll have to bring in buckets and dump trucks to get the side streets done. The state trucks have no problems, those things are crazy. The town trucks can't handle this though, there were plenty of them getting stuck. Pictures were pretty funny.
My passat is kickin arse in this stuff so far haha. Was skeptical about one huge hill that was not plowed so well, flew up. Was fun. |

I'm not a VW guy, or really even a car guy for that matter (would like to be in an SUV or Truck - or the Cadillac CTS coupe - but I'm not there yet). I had to be into something quick and at a good deal. First new car, and I've been very happy with it.

He made a few bad plays.. It looks worse especially him talking about his PT last week..well that's why he shouldn't get so much minutes.

Yeah he has been good, and made a few difficult shots, but I expect better shot selection from Miller, especially considering he rarely makes 3 pointers.

HAHA. Ya, Brandon Jennings' half court shot with 6 seconds left in the game was one of the worst plays i have seen in a really long time.
Milwaukee needs to get rid of that joke, but their stupid enough to give him the big money, long term deal he wants. |

I don't care for wrestling but such a stupid decision. Why? Why take out an event that the Greeks originated and keep in stupid events like whitewater rafting and table tennis.
The only event I care for in the Summer games is swimming.
Winter Olympics to me are much more entertaining.

Lol. Good on them for taking out one of the only credible sports at the Olympics, which is just a collection of novelty games.
