Don't know that there's evidence to overturn this, but it looks like he had control through the whole process.

They just showed the angle the back judge making the call had and even HE couldn't see the ball once the tw of them were on the ground. He looks like he made it purely off a tiny spasm of movement from Floyd's arm.
