The Dolphins have held our run game in check the past couple meetings. Shut down DMC and Bush as the lead backs. I look for the pass game to get vertical again with such a weak secondary and no Vontae Davis.
Time to see if our D is for real and be consistent. This is a classic let down game that we're too use to. If Reggie and Thomas have big games it makes it easier for Tannehill to get comfortable and find open receivers. Plus the guy can move out of the pocket.
I hope Goethel is practicing his arse off at LS. Doubtful Condo returns this week.

| I have no hopes of the raiders winning this game, for many reasons. first off we have a short week. it has been proven that teams coming off of monday night games come out and struggle the next week. Right now this team is on a low with that performance and i can see it carrying over on a short week. 2nd, raiders don't seem to travel to the east coast well, especially miami. no explanation for this, but no matter how bad miami seems to be, they always seem to play the raiders tough and have been winning against us recently. finally, miami seem to be good against the run the past few years. As greg knapp proved week 1, we like dmac, maybe a little to much. if we don't correct our passing game quickly we are looking at a disappointing 0-2 start |

must win. we got this.
defense needs to put some pressure on the QB, on MNF our pass rush was trash. We need to put pressure on the rookie.
i remember 34-0 last year and i want payback.

I KNOW it is frustrating. For the life of me why can't the Raiders ever beat the woeful Phish regardless of how bad they are? Talent-wise the Raiders are usually superior but always drop a game. Rookie HC 1st time on an East Coast road trip. I hope Allen proves me wrong.

There is no jinx. When was the last time Raiders blew out anybody? We havent done that in like 2 years no matter who we play. |

I think last week all the balls bounced against us, starting with the fumble.
We did an amazing job defensively and I imagine offensively we will improve if wis and dmo play, I think cp showed last year that dmo was a we he trusted.
I also think our overall ability to get sideline to sideline as a defense has improved and that will limit bush. |
