Not only that, but Tyron should be up for an Oscar for playing a Red Headed Stepchild to perfection. He was awful Wednesday. I haven't lost any faith at all in his ability to be an Elite LT. But dang, he was pretty bad Wednesday.

He prevented what would've been a pick six, and (if I remember correctly) the drive resulted in a field goal.

Oh. I thought they meant "good play" as in, clean, legal football. Not "good play" as in, do whatever you have to to prevent the TD.

Not trying to sound bitter here but the NFL needs make a rule change involving a tackle like this inside the 5yard line. Tyron basically made an illegal play to prevent a TD that resulted in about a 2foot penalty. I don't see how the Cowboys were being penalized in that situation.
Basically a defender can take a player down by ANY means necessary whether by face mask, horse collar, etc.. which may injure a player to prevent a score and it's only going to be a penalty of a few feet.
In that instance, if a player makes an illegal attempt to stop a TD inside the 5yard line, the opposing team should be awarded the score....IMO.

I would take that fine all day because if he scored then we probably would be looking at a different game. Sure the pass to cruz was a legitimate pass interference by scandrick though that was missed.
