The NFL has become too soft. Few years ago everyone would be talking how great a hit it was. Pretty soon the NFL is gonna be like 7th grade gym class football

I thought Jenkins hit was completely legal. Shoulder to shoulder collison after he caught the ball and was looking directly at Jenkins.

The Jenkins hit was legal.
It's a shame what's happened in the NFL with fines.

| If someone like Ray Lewis would have made the same exact hit Janoris Jenkins made the hit would have been celebrated. Instead Jenkins gets fined. |

It sucks but that's the way the NFL is heading. He didn't lead with the head but the shoulder and he lead up high. If he'd hit him below the shoulders with his shoulder leading we wouldn't have seen this penalty. He didn't launch as much as I'd thought when I saw the play happen but the fact is he hit him up high and that's gonna get flagged now.
Again it sucks but this is the way the NFL is heading.
