That is a solid schedule. Any way you could table the trade and wait for Lynch's bye week to reevaluate? |
Nah, he is 3-6 and in a win now or go home mode. He has 4 key players on bye (week 11) against the 1st place team. I would be taking the hit on the bye week because I could afford it. I am starting to think I should just stick with my team. |
Personally, I would take it, but I can understand why you wouldn't. By taking it you automatically improve at two starting positions though. _________________

Will Matthews ever be a reliable, Top 5 fantasy RB like people keep projecting him to be?
Will Gordon ever develop into something more than just a deep threat who receives quite a few targets/game? |
This season? I could see Matthews finally showing some top 5 play later in the season. Same thing he did last year. But for the long run, I would never consider Matthews a top 5 back. The injury bug is way too risky for me to trust him with my #1 spot.
I think Josh Gordon will be little more than a deep threat in season 1. Remember he got into training camp late and was raw to begin with. I expect him to be a very valuable commodity next year when he gets a full offseason and can really work on his craft. |
The more I think about it, the more I agree with you.
Its a shame that I didn't come around to this way of thinking before I traded Gordon + steak knives for Matthews in my Dynasty league |

If you're saying you essentially traded Gordon for Matthews, you got a screaming good deal. Sure, I said Matthews wouldn't be a top 5 back and Gordon should improve from what we've seen of him so far, but that doesn't mean I'd rate Gordon even close to Matthews going forward. _________________

I'm not even sure who ended up having more points, but I would've said Romo. _________________

Hmm. This not being a PPR league makes it more difficult. I think I would end up taking this deal regardless, simply because I feel that Martin exposed two terrible run defenses. I don't expect his play to continue at that level with both Davin Joseph and Carl Nicks out. You're obviously upgrading at the other two spots. _________________

Can't believe I'm asking this....
Stephens-Howling vs. ATL or Alfred Morris vs. PHI?
(AP on a bye)
and also...
Antonio Gates vs DEN, Scott Chandler vs MIA or Dennis Pitta vs PIT?
thank you! _________________ R A I D E R S | 7 6 E R S |

I need you to pick 2 of each group, both non-ppr
Roddy White vs Arizona
Wes Welker vs Indianapolis
Reggie Wayne vs New England
and
Larry Fitzgerald vs Atlanta
Marques Colston vs Oakland
Denarius Moore vs New Orleans
I'm going up against the #2 ranked team in 1 league and I am the #2 in another league _________________

I don't see how you could sit Morris for LSH.
And I would go with Gates because he's still the #1 target for the Chargers in the redzone. _________________

I would actually take Welker and Wayne going up against each other's poor secondaries. White will be seeing Patrick Peterson this week.
For the next group I would sit Moore. The Saints defense is starting to heat up and I would rather trust the two better players of that group. _________________

Ok thanks, and I only ask because Morris has had a big decrease in production, while LSH is playing Atlanta and I'm in a PPR league. _________________ R A I D E R S | 7 6 E R S |

Moore has been on fire lately, and the fact that all we do is throw and they'll probably be playing catch up all game, I'd go with Moore. I can see the Saints getting up big early and just coasting from that point. _________________ R A I D E R S | 7 6 E R S |
