He had a very impressive game against UNC (13 for 164) and he has a bit of Percy Harvin in his game (ex running back, still gets some carries, physical slot guy, with great speed, allegedly low 4.4.) With Chris Givens gone he's poised for a big year. I think he's a round 3-5 guy, with the potential to sneak into the back of the 2nd, this year or next. What are your thoughts?

His game versus Liberty earlier this year.

If he run a good 40time, I can see him making it to the 2nd or 3rd round. Seems like he will be the perfect slot WR. _________________

Very interesting comparison to Harvin. He seems to have the build like Harvin. Does he have the open field explosiveness?

Not quite at Harvin's level, but close. I think I'll have a better idea next week, in my opinion, he's one of the few guys on Wake's team who can compete athletically with FSU, along with their freshman running back, and their secondary, Bud Noel and Kevin Johnson could get some looks.
On a side note, I played against bigger front sevens than their defense in high school. |

Future Patriot. Mark it down. While other teams are busy drafting divas to babysit, NE plucks guys like this that everyone overlooks. _________________

| Unless he makes major improvements he looks like an undrafted rookie free agent. |

What does he have to improve upon? Over-achieving at Wake Forest didnt hinder Chris Givens any. He runs crisp routes, has good hands and has great acceleration in the open field. Hes been perfect for the bubble screen offense they like to employ. _________________

No way. This is the sort of player who savvy teams take on the 2nd day. _________________ Welcome to Houston, DeAndre Hopkins! |

Hang on, I have to log into my other account to respond to you.
But in all seriousness, Campanaro will go to a team like the Patriots, Saints, or Packers, everyone will scratch their heads because he won't be in the top two-dozen or so WRs from Kiper and McShay... and then he'll have a great career as a slot and gadget guy.
I don't see him as being as explosive as Harvin - but a better version of Julian Edelman, absolutely. _________________ Welcome to Houston, DeAndre Hopkins! |
