He never returned to the form he showed/Promised with the Lions, for whatever reason.
Had a breakout year in 2006, and went downhill from there, once he went to Dallas it just seems he thought he could stop working hard and his talent alone would see him through....and that just didnt happen.
Always liked Roy as a Lion though. _________________

I think we should all give Roy Williams a round of applause. While his football career wasn't what most thought it would be, he did give Calvin Johnson one of the best nicknames in all of football. |

The guy looked to be the next great reciever, then he fizzled out. Best wishes to him in retirement though. _________________ Mmmm...Sacrelicious! |

just like others have said, I'm just not sure why the second he left the Lions his career starting going into a plunge. The Lions sure got the better end on that one.. _________________

His work ethic was terrible. His attitude was terrible. He could have had some success, but he didn't want it. _________________

Another Matt Millen bust gone. I'm starting to think his only good draft pick was Calvin Johnson. Are there any of his high-round draft picks that have produced at anywhere near a high level? _________________

and he only took Calvin because he fell directly into their lap. If given the opportunity, I bet Millen would have taken JaMarcus Russell. (I forget who their QB was at the time.. but it was before Stafford got to town) _________________
