NFL Network (maybe the Redzone thing) had the Shorts catch as the second best play of the week.

Saw an article today that said (before season) Cecil Shorts was primed to be this years Victor Cruz.

That'd be insane. I remember last year, in training camp, Shorts and Gabbert looked like they had been playing together for years. Hopefully now with some actual coaching it translates to all 16 games.
Shorts better get more than 15 snaps though.

That play was with 8 minutes left. There is no way that is better than a 39 yard back shoulder throw with 20 seconds left.
