Streater could be the next Victor Cruz.... has 4.3 speed don't you forget.. he dropped some balls in preseason because of jitterbugs
Criner lacks the speed to be a big play wideout, the Lions secondary was a joke...Most of those guys are no longer with the team |

I think Criner is a more reliable option as of right now because I think he is almost a lock to be a solid red-zone threat and possession guy whereas streater could be the next Victor Cruz as the ceiling or fade into obscurity after making a lot of noise in camp and pre season like many players have as his floor. At the end of the day though I am thrilled by what Ive seen from both and cannot wait to see them in action, think we have a couple of gems here _________________

Streater could bust out and become the next big UDFA star, or he could just fizzle out of the picture come regular season. My money is somewhere in between: decent WR, nothing special. Criner is my pick because not only does he have NFL size, strength, hands, jumping ability, body control, ball tracking ability, etc, but he also has 3 solid years worth of college production against good competition to prove he isn't just a guy with ability. _________________

It's not really fair to compare college production. There's a pretty wide gap between the talent at QB position each guy had.
Streater had no QB to throw him the ball, and his offense in college was run heavy. _________________ (MLB)=A's, (NFL)=Raiders, (NBA)= Warriors

What if he shakes hands with Moeaki?
As for me, I say Streater. He seems like a more reliable target than Criner and is capable of moving the chains better. If we get injured at WR again, he's going to be a go to guy. Especially if it's DHB who gets hurt. _________________

True, which is why I definitely won't count Streater out. I just think Criner has better skills IMO but we will see. I mean, in the preseason Streater was heavily favored by the QBs so maybe thats telling.

Then we have found ourselves Jerry Rice 2.0! _________________

Criner is a local product and I am rooting for him but I choose Streater as he appears to more the physical specimen. In addition, while Criner seems to be a reserved kid, I do not like the team surrounding him giving him bad advice. _________________ 2013 Mancrush: DT Richardson, OT Joeckel, FS Vaccaro, FS Rambo, WR Dobson, RB Michael, TE McDonald, OT Foketi, WR Swope |

Based on college production, I go with Criner.
Based on preseason production, I obviously go with Streater.
Overall, I think it's too early to tell. I'll have to wait 'til the end of the season before I have a reliable opinion. _________________
