Aggies are in serious trouble on D. I know there were still some starters out and they were probably looking ahead, but we are so so so young on D.

The offense is looking great. Seems like Johnny football is content to be more of a pocket passer this season with the hopes of improving draft status. It's gonna take 35 points for us to beat Bama and even then it will be shaky

On another nite I can't believe we just burned Kenny hills redshirt on mop up duty

Ya the Hill thing has me confused too.....was Jockel hurt? Maybe they want a more athletic back-up than Jockel incase Johnny gets hurt?

Anyone else loving this UT v BYU game!!!!

I am for 2 reasons.

1. I hate UT
2. We play BYU this season and I hope some how they are ranked by then. We play them on my birthday. Laughing

Can't express my disdain for Mack Brown and Manny Diaz.

Personally, I think it's a brilliant move by Sumlin. Hill isn't going to stick around 4 years anyway as he's the 2014 starter when Manziel openly gets paid to play football next year and he has the Top QB recruit in the country in Kyle Allen waiting in the wings. JFF bought Joeckel some bonus time last week and Hill got Aggie nation all wet this week, so if anything happens to Johnny from here on out (aka when Bama takes money shots over him repeatedly), the sky won't be falling and they get a jump start on next year (when they actually play a real SEC schedule vs. the soft-serve they have this year). Doesn't hurt for Sumlin to reduce Johnny's leverage over him and the program a peg or two, by showing that a guy like Hill could step in and likely thrive in his system as well. I've said all along that the arc of Johnny could run from one Bama game and end at the next. The defense didn't get enough credit for their season last year I think it would be divine justice for the shine to finally comes off Johnny even if he plays well but they get lit up by Bama's run game just like UT did tonight.

Oh yes - just a few miles up the road in Waco, there are two guys making a decent early statement to bring the Heisman back to Baylor and unlike 2011, Baylor has themselves a defense this year. Sic Em!

i dont think this will be a game, i think that Bama is fired up and has had 2 weeks to prepare for an aggie team that is extremely young

i can see the Bama D stopping AM on the first couple drives and being up 17 or 21 to nothing.....The Aggies will settle down a bit and probably be down like 31-14 at the half, but i think it will stay somewhat like that, maybe 24-41 final or something

id give the aggies a 5% chance of winning this one....good news is that they should still win 10 games this season and make a return to the cotton bowl...hopefully Texas steps it up and meets them there

Sumlin better hope they win, supposedly they has something like 11 5-star and 18 4-star recruits making visits this weekend.

Bama's D is solid, but it's been better in prior seasons. I know they've had a bye but the Ags havnt shown much and Johnny hasn't ran much. I think it'll be closer. Id give them a 25% at winning, Kyle field will be crazy and hot

Texas Tech TCU game is a good one. A lot of bad QB decisions.

So it played out differently, but I was almost right on about halftime score

We all knew the aggie D sucked really bad, but who thought the aggie O could light up bama like they did? We made the bama D look like a high school team. We should be able to score on anyone at will, of we could get a few stops we could go 10-2 or maybe 11-1, perhaps getting a shot at a BCS game, or in this crazy fantasy land that people who the SEC in, we might get another crack at Bama

Don't look now, but NC State has more NFL starting QB's than any other team...

+ Philip Rivers

I still don't understand how Wilson was permitted to go from NC State to Wisconsin without sitting out a year. Seems that plenty of players could easily exploit the "I'm gunna go be a pro baseball player" loophole to improve their lot. The NCAA transfer rules seem to be completely arbitrary and selectively enforced.
