Not a shock. This front office has been flawless since they took over.

Said they wanted a deal done before week 1. Right on schedule.

Looks like the underrated LB's in the league are getting their extensions done this week.

Great LB who is going to be the cornerstone for this young Rams D for the foreseeable future. Good news for them.

With him and Long locked up, they've got a solid foundation for a good long time... Two scary good players.

Very happy we got Long and Laurinitis resigned. Hopefully the defense puts it all together and performs well this year. I'm looking forward to watching

With Brockers, Janoris Jenkins and Trumaine Johnson coming in as rookies too, I'm excited by the potential of this defensive unit.

They are definitely being underrated. Their pass rush is strong and their two starting corners are vastly improved from last season. I really think the Rams are going to surprise some people this season on that side of the ball. NFC West is looking like a tough defensive division to run into.

Can see the division really being one of the best in a few years. All the teams are pretty young and have good up and coming defenses, except niners who are already one of the best defenses hands down.

Good move here by the Rams. Laurinitis is a great player now and will only get better.
