Someone needs to re-size this into a sig for me. I would greatly appreciate it. I still have my line "not taking this off until the 49ers win #6" so perhaps someone can make it a bit smaller than regulations. I just love this pic though.

That means nobody has a worse drop rate than Walker, who dropped a staggering 30% of all catchable balls. I think I speak for all of us when I say, wow. His score puts that of Hernandez (16.39) and Graham (15) to shame, and is more than double that of Pettigrew and Finley who also feature in the bottom five.

so glad he's gone. have we been liked to any TEs in FA? Ertz to SF?

I don't think there are really any fa tes worth looking at. So we will probably draft one if not two. I'm guessing we will use one of the 4th round comp picks on a te. A more oldschool te than Vernon.

I think boldin lessens our need for a number 2 te, he is very good over the middle

that's true, had a brain fart there. Boldin will probably take most of the snaps delanie did, considering how many 2te and how few 3wr sets we ran last year.

Plus I think Bruce miller could take over a larger role in the offense (in terms of actually touching the ball) if called upon. I don't think teams utlize the quick hitter inside with the fb while faking the pitch, enough anymore. I hope we stick to our power run game and don't get too caught up in the whole zone read option, it's a great wrinkle and can really exploit weaker teams/players, it can run into problems when leaned on too much against good teams. Everyone is going to be ready for that and we arent going to be able to fool people with it all the time.

I'm not worried about who will fill his role on offense even slightly, its his sts contributions I will miss the most. But good st guys shouldn't be too hard to find in theory

I'm really an idiot. Yesterday, I scheduled an appointment for laser eye surgery... on March 30th. When I came home, it just popped up in my mind. On march 31st, it's the first episode of the third season of Game of Thrones... dammit.. I'll be too sensitive to watch any kind of TV. I'm so stupid. I need to work on technology to stream it right into my brain (thank you Batman Forever for the suggestion).
