When they end up building a new stadium one day, I'll buy a brick that says "Gof Hawk Yourself".

Solid plan. I'll take the less mature route and just donate a couple bricks around the stadium under the name Mike Hawk.

More shocking.

A.J. Jenkins 2 catches 14 yards.

Ginn ain't as bad as everyone thinks. Never got a fair shake in Miami and had his confidence shaken. Then he was signed as a returner and on an offense that didn't play to his strengths... and he was hurt a lot. The dude has a lot of physical talent and is the fastest player in the league. He's going to have a big year in Carolina.

Pats fan here, did your punter ever attempt that 'knuckle punt' tonight? If so anyone have the video?

I can't say for sure, they didn't show the ball much when he punted. However, when Lee punted a couple times, the returner thought he was in the right place, then shifted a couple times thinking he misjudged it.

Quote:
Packers released QB Vince Young.

It looks like they're rolling with 2012 seventh-rounder B.J. Coleman behind Aaron Rodgers, at least for now. "He stinks, one NFL personnel director told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel of Young. "Looks like he can't retain the plays." Young played solidly in Green Bay's third preseason game, but faceplanted in the finale. V.Y. is still capable of moving an offense on a simplified platform. The Bills should give him a look.

roto

wow.... how sad is that? d'oh!

Nah, it just keeps getting more entertaining!

Just kidding. Take care of that shoulder. Especially if it's your beer-lifting shoulder.

Seneca Wallace: 49ers Used Me To Get Colt McCoy To Take Pay Cut

Quote:
“I’ve been around this game long enough where I can see what’s going on,” Wallace told the Des Moines Register, “and I realized right away the reason they brought me here was to get Colt to take a pay cut.”

“I have not retired,” Wallace said. “I have just removed myself from the San Francisco situation because it wasn’t a perfect fit for me.”

And yet, he didn't have the self confidence to jump in and say I'm gonna prove that I'm a better QB than Colt and take this #2 job. Just quit, walk away and whine. Bye bye now...

I was flipping thru the channels and the nfl network just finished showing the Super Bowl. F'n A that still boils my blood. I think the thing that makes me the most mad about that game is the awful play calling on the last few plays at the goal line. Why in the world weren't they handing to gore or having Kaep run?? I just don't get it. We're they trying to force it to crabs to have him be the one who won it? I don't know, I'm depressed now.
