As Y2 said, Breaking Bad is great. I also like Mad Men.

After watching an episode of the 2nd season last year, I watched all of it in one day to catch up. It was a great decision. |
Yeah, I watched the season finale ( I think ) for this season and it got me hooked.
I've done Dexter, Sons of Anarchy(meh for me), Walking Dead, Parks and Rec, Full Metal Alchemist, Ken Burns: the Civil War, BSG, Louie, The Wire and of course...Breaking Bad all in one day/weekend sittings.
Objectively speaking the best Show on TV in the last 10 years is Breaking Bad. The only shows that come even close to are the Wire and BSG. The Wire has incredible writing, some very good performances and solid cinematography. BSG has some very plain actors, but also incredible ones, great VFX, PD and Cinematography. Also one of the only shows I can think of that was better than the original....by a lot.
Breaking Bad is just...literally the best thing to hit TV in a LONG time. I've never had show where the editing made my jaw hit the floor. Absolutely awe inspiring acting on all fronts. And yeah..the Writing...just a constant mind blow.
I really hope I get to work on a show like that some day. Life validated if that ever happens.
